He removed his shoes anytime he came into my home, carried them to the location he needed to be before replacing them back on his feet to get up into the attic. This was very courteous of him and very thoughtful. He also took the time to have conversation with me about my units and how they were running. He is a fantastic representative of Jeffco and the HVAC industry. He was very kind. He even changed my filters that I had set out waiting for him to be completed so I could do it.
