Jefco comes quickly, usually the same day when we have reported an issue, day or night, which is important in summer when we rent our home. The most recent visit was when one of our units was short cycling and freezing temperatures were coming that night. They had it running quickly and have followed up to get warranty parts replaced.

Dylan Wade came out to our house for an after-hours call. We have a 1-year-old daughter and couldn’t be without air conditioning for her! Dylan came with no questions asked from an hour away and got straight to it at 7:00 p.m. and didn’t stop until the job was done! He removed his shoes anytime he came into my home, carried them to the location he needed to be before replacing them back on his feet to get up into the attic. I love this company. The owner and all staff are the best. When my AC stopped working, I called and they had someone (Mark) out right away. He had to order parts, so they supplied a ‘Rescue AC’ (stand-alone unit). Mark did an exceptional job. Fortunately, most of the job was still under warranty, but not all, so I was billed around $650. I don’t understand all the language, but it was some internal motor had stopped working. I highly recommend JefCo.
