Mark came to clean my dual-head mini split units in my tiny home and was everything I could ask for in a technician. He arrived right on time, was polite and knowledgeable, and happily answered every question I had about my system. He even went above and beyond to help with a small issue that wasn’t part of the original service call.

He removed his shoes anytime he came into my home, carried them to the location he needed to be before replacing them back on his feet to get up into the attic.
