It appears that Daniel got the Carrier A/C unit running after installing a new capacitor. This is the second time the capacitor has been replaced on this unit. Thank you for the prompt service on the A/C unit at #3 Tropical Beach Walk, Miramar Beach! Additionally, he found that the ductwork had come loose from the mainline, therefore over half of the house was not receiving proper airflow! I really appreciate his concerted effort to determine what the problem with cooling the house. Great work Daniel! 👍🏻

This was the most accountability and professionalism I’ve ever seen from any company in the area. Daniel identified the issue, sourced the part from the factory, installed it, and things are cool within a week. Other companies floundered for weeks, saying the part (motor) is not available and it has to be manufactured, lots of stories and excuses out there. The way they answer the phone at their main office, the texting updates on the status of every step of the way, and the no-nonsense from the technician is astonishingly superior to anything out there for repair companies. Take my word for it: the staff, guests, and I appreciate this immensely.
