I met Daniel and found him to be very personable as we discussed the air conditioner problem. Daniel quickly remedied the situation by replacing the capacitor that wasn’t working on the compressor side. Daniel cleaned the drain line as preventative maintenance. I love this company. The owner and all staff are the best. When my AC stopped working, I called and they had someone (Mark) out right away. He had to order parts, so they supplied a ‘Rescue AC’ (stand-alone unit). Mark did an exceptional job. Fortunately, most of the job was still under warranty, but not all, so I was billed around $650. I don’t understand all the language, but it was some internal motor had stopped working. I highly recommend JefCo.

John was amazing! So competent, patient, and kind.
He quickly analyzed the problems with both my broken AC units, did the grunt work to clean and maintain them, vacuum out my systems, mop up the water, reassure and educate me, replace the broken condensers, regulators, and one of the thermostats from a recent lightning strike, and completely got two totally nonfunctional HVAC units back online.
Then, he replaced my filters, mopped up the water, rehung the louvered door that had jumped the track, and cleaned up after himself. He secured my garage doors, wore shoe covers inside my home, and was respectful of my space and the fact that I was an aging widow recovering from recent orthopedic surgery.
From 86 degrees to 79 and dropping before he left!
I’m a 68-year-old disabled Army veteran and an elderly widow on a fixed income.

It appears that Daniel got the Carrier A/C unit running after installing a new capacitor. This is the second time the capacitor has been replaced on this unit. Thank you for the prompt service on the A/C unit at #3 Tropical Beach Walk, Miramar Beach! Additionally, he found that the ductwork had come loose from the mainline, therefore over half of the house was not receiving proper airflow! I really appreciate his concerted effort to determine what the problem with cooling the house. Great work Daniel! 👍🏻
